"My early idea of leadership was centered around people, but more from the perspective of leading from the front. I always viewed leadership through lens of completing a project or task. I thought leadership was working the hardest in the room and using my work ethic as a way of leading and modeling who I thought people would want to follow. I can look back and see where Alignment Leadership would’ve unlocked the gifts of those I was leading in a way that would have created opportunities for myself, and more importantly, those same leaders to experience true personal and professional fulfillment."
