[In reference to what Alignment Leadership has taught you about you struggle] First off, that it is okay to struggle as a leader, but I do not have to struggle in isolation or confusion. With the accountability that Alignment Leadership creates I have full trust that I can communicate harsh or hard truths without fear and point myself and my team toward fulfillment of our purpose. What makes me qualified to lead under Alignment Leadership is this is not a position I sought or elbowed my way into. I am here because the ability to energize a room and call unique value out in others was called out in me and fits within the mission we are on as a team.
