I am very service-oriented. I care about people and I like to be organized and keep track of everything going on. I think those are my greatest strengths, or super-powers as we like to call them. I have always aspired to be a leader because I wanted to be a better example of leadership than what I was seeing in the world. Alignment Leadership is showing me how leadership should be defined and portrayed, which gives me hope for the future. AL has taught me that allocating resources is key to finding alignment and fulfillment in the workplace. Allocating resources and establishing trust in myself, as well as my team, will always lead to a better outcome than if I try to accomplish things on my own. In this company, there is a purpose for me as well as every person on my team, and I utilize their strengths just like they utilize mine.
